2006 Grants

Most years the Entrekin Foundation gives away approximately $40,000 in small grants to mostly local organizations. In 2006 twenty-four grants ranging in size from $500 to $7500 were given. Fifty-eight percent of all grant monies went to the Arts. Twenty-seven percent went to Environmental Organizations, and it is hoped that that percentage will increase greatly in 2007. The remaining fifteen percent was divided between Community and Health organizations.
